Also provided is an online membership based learning service where customers can purchase and download products also related to the creation of their Emotional Freedom Technique and ‘tapping’ business.

Data Retention

Your EFT Business Ltd will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal or accounting requirements.

For accounting purposes, the UK law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers. This actually means 7 years as accounts are submitted after an initial collection period. After this time period your data will be securely destroyed.

Upon cancellation of the Your EFT Business membership system, your details are destroyed unless you have chosen to suspend your membership, whereupon your details are stored until you either reinstate or cancel your membership. Only details for accountancy purposes will be kept for the required legal period.

Backup & Data Storage

For administrative reasons, customer data and email subscription data may be passed to and stored securely with a third party service provider for backup purposes. Membership content and data undertakes a regular and secure backup. No payment details are stored throughout this occurrence. Only the PayPal transaction identification is recorded. This is all done to backup and preserve your data where it is needed to carry on offering a service to you. The services are secure and are GDPR compliant.

Payment Data

We use a third-party payment provider, PayPal, to handle card and payment processing data securely. We never see or store any card or payment information. In accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) any other data is only used to process your purchase securely. In accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we need to retain data related to all purchases to fulfil our existing legal obligations to account for tax and VAT on all transactions. This data includes your name and email address.

Marketing Communications

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may send you marketing communications from us if (a) you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services or (b) you agreed to receive marketing communications and in each case you have not opted out of receiving such communications since. All emails sent by us will be clearly marked as originating from Your EFT Business Ltd .

All such emails and marketing communications will also include clear instructions on how to unsubscribe from our email service and any future emails.
